Founder & Vision Bearer, Climate Impact Initiative Uganda

I am the Founder and Vision Bearer of Climate Impact Initiative Uganda, where I lead efforts to address the pressing challenges of climate change and its impacts on communities in Uganda. My work focuses on promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing climate resilience, and fostering international cooperation to mitigate the effects of climate-induced migration.

With a background in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies and a bachelor's degree in Development Studies, I am passionate about communication, negotiation, and representation in advancing Uganda's strategic interests on regional and global platforms. My career is dedicated to promoting peace, security, and sustainable development through innovative solutions and effective partnerships.

My Vision for Climate Impact Initiative Uganda

As the Vision Bearer, I am committed to driving Climate Impact Initiative Uganda's mission to create a sustainable future for all Ugandans. Our organization is focused on empowering communities, especially youth and women, to adopt sustainable practices, mitigate the impacts of climate change, and build resilience against environmental challenges.

I believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and commitment to environmental stewardship. Through strategic planning, resource mobilization, and public engagement, I aim to ensure that Climate Impact Initiative Uganda continues to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change.

Key Achievements

Leadership & Strategic Direction

Established and articulated the vision, mission, and strategic direction of Climate Impact Initiative Uganda, guiding the organization to become a leading voice in environmental sustainability in Uganda.

Climate-Resilient Communities

Spearheaded the 'Addressing Climate-Induced Migration and Development in Uganda' project, which provided sustainable livelihoods, food security, and access to education and healthcare for 10,000 women and children.

Youth & Community Engagement

Organized youth-led dialogues and community-level activities to address climate change impacts, promoting sustainability and environmental awareness among Uganda's youth.

Resource Mobilization

Successfully secured substantial grants and funding for sustainability projects, enabling the organization to expand its reach and impact.
